Our company whole process:
1) per our clients request, we will design moulds and choose the correct equipment that are required for production purposes.
2)We will buy the material per customer request or customers' parts working condition, all of the raw will be tested and checked before being stored and used in production.
3)We select the most appropriate paste for the given set of requirements; when necessary, we can also formulate the material per customer request.
4)Our Magnesium oxide material or ceramic products are created using latest-generation hydraulic presses and also the extrusion precision mould will be used.
5)After the ceramics leave the drying chamber and before they entered the kilns, we can carry out additional processing and finishing treatment. Also inspect the dimensions per our request.
6)All the temperature will be fixed in kilns per customer different parts request. After that, we will check all the quality before shipment. After the parts finished inspection, they will be packed in the carton and pallet and willbe shipped by sea or air per customer request.
